VIRTUAL Exam Preparation & 3 Courses
This package includes all three required home study courses to qualify for the California Real Estate Salesperson License: Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice (SB 1495 Compliant), and one Elective — along with comprehensive live virtual exam preparation.
You’ll attend seven live Zoom classroom sessions, held from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, where our expert instructor will guide you through the seven areas of the state exam — mirroring the format of the actual state exam. You’ll learn exactly what to know and how to know it to pass with confidence. A physical interactive exam preparation workbook will be shipped to you before the first class session.
Class recordings will become accessible for one month following the final class session, allowing students to watch and review the material as needed.
Additionally, you’ll receive six months of access upon activation to our online practice question program featuring 3,650 state exam practice questions with fully explained answers. You will also receive access to approximately 500 digital State Exam Preparation Vocabulary Flashcards to assist with vocabulary preparation. Access for six months upon activation with regular content updates.
For each home study course, you will receive an eBook, online final exam, and a certificate of completion.
Please note: Certain electives such as Business Law and Escrow are only available in physical textbook format. A $30 fee applies per physical textbook if requested.
Statutory Course Completion Time Limits Per Course: Minimum 18 days, Maximum 1 year. Thus, you will be able to finish all the coursework in a minimum timeframe of 54 days from enrollment (3 courses x 18 days each), but you would only be coming to our location for a set seven nights.
Refund Policy: Unconditional money-back guarantee on home study courses if returned unused within 7 days from enrollment date, less the $25 enrollment fee and any shipping charges if applicable. The Live Seven Night Exam Preparation Class has an unconditional money-back guarantee if returned at least three business days prior to day of class, less the $25 enrollment fee. Exam preparation material once activated is NON-REFUNDABLE.
