Live VIRTUAL or IN-PERSON state exam preparation instruction from the most qualified instructors in the industry.  It will be seven weeknights of lecture from 6pm-9:30pm.  Follow along with a fill-in-the-blank workbook as the instructor guides you through the seven conceptual areas of the state exam.  The virtual option is streamed via Zoom whereas the in-person option is at our location 7840 Madison Ave #149, Fair Oaks, CA 95628.  In addition, Real Estate Principles course material is covered throughout lecture to assist students with completing the Principles course.  Class recordings will become accessible for one month following the final class session, allowing students to watch and review the material as needed.

Live IN-PERSON tutorials of the remaining two courses of Practice and an Elective.  Each tutorial is for two weeknights at our location 7840 Madison Ave #149, Fair Oaks, CA 95628 from 6pm-9:30pm.
